Law Firm Website Rewrite

Client:
McQuillan & Hohman Law

Objective:
A new law firm needed to find its voice, establish its presence, reach its audience, and inspire them to book a consultation.

​Strategy:
I conducted brand perception research and discovered that the McQuillan & Hohman law team is seen by clients as supportive, responsive, and warmly authentic. I wrote website copy designed to convey that unique personality. 

The copy guides prospects smoothly through page content to the information they need.

It speaks directly to their legal concerns and demonstrates that this firm can provide the expert, unshakeable support they’re seeking.

In collaboration with the designer I sourced images that work in tandem with the copy to convey the warmth, solidity, and power that clients have in their corner with the representation of McQuillan & Hohman Law.

Tutoring Website Homepage Rewrite

Client:
​Five Degrees Tutoring

Objective:
The client is a solopreneur who needed assistance in clarifying and communicating the unique nature of her service and her ideal client type. 

Strategy:
Based on our initial conversation, I learned that my client is interested in working with students who want to dig deep and work towards mastery of academic writing, rather than those seeking quick, superficial solutions or help with a different genre of writing.

She needed to help prospects quickly identify whether or not her service is appropriate to their goals.

The homepage copy I wrote makes clear that the suitable student is an adult in mastery mode who wants to learn to write well for academic genres.

It communicates that this tutor offers robust mentorship and an opportunity to become truly proficient in academic writing. 

I helped my client clarify and highlight her specific service areas and helped her figure out an initial offer for her Call to Action.

Content Writing

Campground Website Content 

Client:
Glacier Park KOA

Objective:
This KOA needed an upgraded site to inspire visitors to stay at the campground while vacationing. 
My copy needed to tantalize them with the prospect of a vacation both adventure-filled and deeply relaxing.

Strategy:
The goal of the sample page, below, was to highlight the relaxing experience of a stay at the KOA. 

Using headings, selected compelling details, and sensory language, the content creates a visceral feeling of pleasure and relaxation, moving visitors towards a decision to add this KOA campground to their vacation plans.
